Your storm damage,
documented to last.

Professional photography that gives you a complete record: before debris is cleared, before repairs begin, before memory fades. When a claim drags on for months, this is the file that ends the argument.

Why this matters

I lived this. I know what you need.

Hurricane Ian hit my Cape Coral home and I navigated the entire claim process from first call to final settlement, the inspections, the supplements, the back-and-forth, the delays. I learned, the hard way, how much documentation matters and how little most homeowners have when they need it most.

Now I put a professional camera to work for you. Not an app photo. Not a quick walkthrough. A methodical, room-by-room, structure-by-structure record, every photo carrying its exact time and location, labeled and organized the way adjusters and attorneys actually use evidence.

I'm a commercial photographer, not a claims adjuster. I don't negotiate your claim. What I do is make sure you walk into every conversation with the documentation to back up what you're asking for.

Why documentation fails
"The insurance company's adjuster takes photos too. But they work for the insurance company. You want your own record, taken before anything is touched, with enough detail that your side of the story cannot be disputed."
, Andy Don, After the Storm
What good documentation does
Shows the damage before repairs change it · Backs up requests for additional payment (supplements) · Preserves evidence that gets cleared during cleanup · Gives your public adjuster or attorney the record they need to work from · Keeps you from relying on memory six months later when your claim is still open.
Deliverables

What every package includes

Every session produces a complete, organized file, not a camera roll. These are working documents, formatted for the people who'll actually use them.

Exterior documentation

Full perimeter, all elevations, roof condition from ground, windows, doors, soffit, fascia, garage, every surface that matters to a wind or water claim.

Interior, room by room

Ceilings, walls, floors, cabinetry, fixtures, each room documented systematically so nothing is missed and every item can be cross-referenced.

Close-up damage detail

Close photographs of cracks, water damage, lifted shingles, impact marks, the specifics that wide shots miss and adjusters need to see clearly.

Labeled, organized delivery

Files delivered by location and category, not a dump of 400 unnamed JPEGs. Accessible from your phone the same day an adjuster calls.

GPS & timestamp metadata

Every image carries embedded geotag and time data. Location and sequence are provable. That matters if your claim is disputed or goes to the formal dispute process (appraisal).

Delivery summary sheet

A plain-language index of what was photographed, when, and where, hand it to your adjuster, PA, or attorney without explanation.

Packages

Clear pricing. No surprises.

You may be thinking this is one more expense in a week when everything is an expense. That is fair. So here is exactly what each package costs and exactly what you get, with nothing added later.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you negotiate my insurance claim?

No. I'm a photographer, not a public adjuster or attorney. What I do is document. If you need someone to negotiate or advocate on your claim, I can point you to licensed professionals in Southwest Florida, that's a separate, licensed service.

When should I get documentation done?

As soon as it's safe to be on or in the property. Before any cleanup or repairs. Before debris is removed. Before your contractor touches anything. The earlier the better, evidence disappears fast, and you can't re-photograph what's already been cleared.

Can you photograph while my contractor is still there?

Yes, and often we should. Pre-work documentation before a contractor begins protects both of you. If there's a dispute later about scope or condition, you have a time-stamped baseline.

Is this covered by my insurance or deductible?

Some policies and claim settlements allow documentation costs to be included in the claim. Ask your public adjuster or attorney, they'll know what can and can't be included in your specific situation.

What areas do you serve?

Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, and surrounding Lee and Collier County communities. Active storm period? We'll discuss.

How do I get my files?

Files are delivered via a private, shareable link within 48 hours of the session (24 hours for Priority packages). You can share the link directly with your adjuster, PA, or attorney, no download required on their end.

¿Ofrecen servicios en español?

Sí. Podemos comunicarnos en español y entregar documentación con instrucciones en español. Indíquelo en su solicitud de cotización.
